HOW DO WE DESCRIBE OUR STYLE?2019-09-19T17:25:24+00:00

We would say it’s constantly evolving because we continue to become more refined. As a creative team, we are always learning and growing.

ARE WE AVAILABLE?2019-09-19T17:57:14+00:00

We’ve learned that kindness never goes out of style.
When we have availability, your next step will be to make an appointment to meet with us, or you can skip directly to booking. During our time together we will listen to your vision for your special day and showcase the range of services and product options we have available for your consideration.
If we are not available, we are happy to assist you in any way we can by providing referrals.

ARE WE GOOD IN WEDDING WITH ANOTHER TEAM ?2019-09-19T17:57:41+00:00

We try to keep our compositions clean by avoiding distractions and people carrying cameras are a distraction (including our own team members). We work very carefully within our team to make sure we do not cross each other’s frames so we are not comfortable with other team.

HOW MANY TEAM MEMBERS WE EXPECT ?2019-09-19T17:58:08+00:00

The team member depends on requirements. Sometimes a photographer or cinematographer is enough with one assistance but we take work very seriously so we get min 5-10 team members at a time if needed.

HOW LONG AFTER OUR WEDDING BEFORE WE SEE OUR PHOTOS AND CINEMATIC FILM ?2019-09-19T17:58:39+00:00

We have a fantastic post production Team. Your wedding experience is important to us. Our agreement outlines you will see photos within 30 days and cinematic with in 45 days or before. Only in isolated cases of multi-day large events and massive amounts of data have we ever even come close to 30-45 days.
As soon as post production over, we start creating your online gallery.
Once the gallery upload finishes, our viewing system automatically mail you photo link to start download your memories from google drive.

WHAT DELIVERABLES WE SEE END OF THE WEDDING ?2019-09-19T17:59:12+00:00

A good rule of thumb is 50-100 deliverable photos per hour of coverage That number doesn’t dictate how much we will shoot. It’s how many pictures you can expect delivered after the wedding is over. A typical 8-hour wedding might provide 1000-1500 photos that tell the story from beginning to end.

The duration of every film is a direct reflection of the kind of wedding it was. the wedding TEASER  are nothing short of 2-5 minute AND cinematic film are 20 – 30 minutes our main deliverables.

CAN WE GET THE RAW FILES OF VIDEOS & PHOTOS THAT DIDN’T MAKE THE CUT?2019-09-19T17:59:30+00:00

We do not offer RAW files or outtakes. Much like your baker doesn’t provide the extra flour he used when making your cake or frosting that’s left over after decorating it.

WHAT IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR WEDDING DATE?2019-09-19T18:00:03+00:00

Most of the time, there is only a single hitch on your day when the two of you exchange your vows. Of course, we’ve seen over the years that unusual can happen along the way for whatever reasons. If your newly scheduled wedding date is within 6 months of your originally booked date, then we will accommodate the request based on our own availability. Whoever signed the agreement with us should also check our available schedule before setting the new date to maintain the original agreement. As they are the ones we initially entered into an arrangement with, they are the only ones authorized to make changes.
We don’t charge an additional fee for swapping a date within 6 months as we absorb any loss of employment opportunities as an act of good faith.
A postponement of greater than 6 months or a cancelation altogether is handled according to the terms outlined in the written agreement.

WHO PAYS THE TRAVEL & STAY FOR A DESTINATION WEDDING?2019-09-19T18:01:31+00:00

Destination weddings are unique. Since no two event locations are the same, it’s harder to generalize the final cost of bringing your wedding photographers with you vs. hiring someone local.
You should have a good idea of a ballpark amount already as you’ve already likely made your personal travel arrangements. Of course, as you can imagine, the travel and stay necessary for us to perform our duties and serve your family at a destination is an additional expense you will need to include in your budget.
While we reserve the right to make our own arrangements to accommodate our scheduling needs, we are very open to looking into creative ways to minimize your expenses.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?2019-09-19T18:02:48+00:00

50% is due at the signing of the agreement, which reserves the date. The remaining balance due 50 % on event days when the team reaches on location.
Our billing system can accept NEFT and Cheque. Please make Cheque payable to Speaking Frame LLP. All in-state services are subject to GST, which is currently 18.0%.

During your wedding preparations, we are always advocates and good stewards of your finances. That said, don’t end up regretting your choice to save a few bucks on travel to the one event you will spend the rest of your life reliving in pictures. The funny thing about photography is that it does appreciate in value over time.
Bringing us to your destination wedding does not have to be difficult.
Our passports are updated, and we are also members of Global Entry. Plus, while there, we can look for an opportunity to do casual couples shoot with just the two of you.
